The best way to ensure proper delivery of your appointment details, would be for you to provide us with your mobile phone number. You will receive an appointment confirmation the day you scheduled your appointment as well as a reminder 1 (one) week prior and 1 (one) day prior to your scheduled appointment. If you only provided us with a landline telephone number, you will receive an automated call 2 (two) days prior to your appointment. If you are scheduled for surgery, you will receive a call from one of our nurses 1 (one) business day prior to your surgery appointment.
