
Dr. Brian Roberts was born and raised in Clearwater, FL. He earned his first Bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Florida in Hospitality Management. He then went on to simultaneously earn a second Bachelor’s degree in Vision Science and a Doctor of Optometry with honors from Nova Southeastern University in 2018, additionally receiving multiple graduate awards for excellence. Dr. Roberts completed his residency program at Nova in Primary Eye Care with Emphasis in Binocular Vision. Subsequently, he was an assistant professor and clinical instructor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. He then returned to his hometown and has practiced optometry in Pinellas County for five years, providing comprehensive eye care for his local community.
Dr. Roberts prescribes glasses and contacts, diagnoses and manages eye conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes retinopathy, dry eye, double vision, and acute eye issues like red eye. He is an active member of the Pinellas County and Florida Optometric Associations. Outside of his career, he enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, daughter, and dogs.
