Sophia Boris, O.D., is a board-certified optometrist practicing in Florida, serving patients in the Tampa area. Her clinical interests include dry eye disease and anterior segment conditions, glaucoma, speciality contact lenses, and pediatric eye care.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Ohio State University and her Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Drexel University, graduating with honors and receiving the Clinical Excellence Award.
During her clinical training, Dr. Boris gained experience in treating ocular surface disease, co-managing post-refractive surgery patients, diagnosing and monitoring glaucoma, and providing pediatric care, including myopia management.
Outside the office, she enjoys watching Buckeye football, exploring Tampa’s restaurant scene with her fiancé, and long-distance running.
