Meet Dr. Jacob

Justina M. Jacob, O.D., is an optometrist at The Eye Institute of West Florida, serving patients in Tampa and Clearwater. Dr. Jacob specializes in ocular disease.

Dr. Jacob is a New Jersey native and earned her graduate degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Her extensive training in ocular disease has given her the skills to diagnose a wide range of diseases including dry eyes, uveitis, glaucoma, and several corneal and retinal disorders. Dr. Jacob has a passion for managing ocular health which is why she joined The Eye Institute of West Florida.

Now a Tampa resident, Dr. Jacob enjoys going to different beaches and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She has a passion for volunteering and has done medical mission trips to Bolivia and Haiti.
