The Eye Institute of West Florida will be represented by Dr. Robert Weinstock and Dr. Neel Desai at this year’s Cataract Surgery: Telling It Like It Is! meeting. Both doctors are scheduled for events throughout the weekend-long meeting.
Dr. Robert Weinstock, board-certified, fellowship-trained Cataract, Refractive and LASIK Surgeon, begins the weekend-long meeting as one of three speakers for the first luncheon on Thursday, January 14th. Later that day he will present at the “Toric IOL Showdown,” followed by the “Presbyopia-Correction Showdown.”
On Friday, January 15th Dr. Weinstock will begin the day as part of the Senior Faculty, presenting for “My Routine Case.” That afternoon he will teach at the “Phakic IOL Wet Lab” and then present at the “3D Surgery Symposium,” with Dr. Ike Ahmed. Dr. Weinstock will finish Friday co-moderating “LATE NIGHT With the Young Stars,” alongside Dr. Farrell Tyson.
Dr. Weinstock is scheduled to speak at another lunch event on Saturday, January 16th before he teaches at his second wet lab, “Toric IOLs & Topography.”
Dr. Neel Desai, fellowship trained Cataract, Refractive, LASIK and Cornea Surgeon, will begin the meeting speaking at the Thursday night event, “Femtomania: Caution vs. Conviction.” On Saturday, January 16th, Dr. Desai will give a case presentation during the “Young Ophthalmologists Symposium.”
